Visit to the winery and wine tasting with tastings
On arrival, a welcome and welcome from the Ventura family. The visit begins with a tour through the rows of vines and the entire estate, retracing all the salient phases of the agronomic cycle.l The experiential tour allows the visitor to observe at close quarters the entire process of transforming grapes into wine and begins with an evocative excursion through the vineyards during which the tourists become protagonists of the process and increase their awareness of the methods of cultivating the vines and harvesting the grapes.
The tour continues in the wine-making area inside the historic wine cellar, the heart of the production process by which grapes are turned into wine, from crushing to fermentation. Here we keep a treasure trove of artefacts and tools from times gone by, objects that act as ambassadors telling the story of this place and of those who guarded this land before us.
The journey will continue in the ‘Elena’ tasting room with a light-lunch organised to capture the emotions that the right food/wine pairing offers to our palate and spirit.
